CRM solution for handling Volunteer, member, donor and customer platform for the Red Cross in Denmark.
The solution must be based on Microsoft Dynamics365, more specifically the CRM suite, with the possibility of including 3rd party components or apps that contribute to delivering the desired functionality described in the tender documents and in accordance with the Red Cross' IT strategy.
The Red Cross sees the core of the upcoming CRM solution as a basic system based on standard, but with the possibility of differentiating special solutions and the use of existing 3rd party solutions to handle functionality that is not contained in the standard core.
