Bjørnafjorden Municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement with one (1) tenderer for ongoing assignments within lawyer services.
Dedicated resources must be offered within the following categories:
• Category 1 - Labour law
• Category 2 - Contract law
• Category 3 - Company law
• Category 4 - Construction law
• Category 5 - Public procurements, administrative law, public law, and municipal law
• Category 6 - Personal protection/GDPR, immaterial rights, tax and duty law
