Short description
Skien municipality will engage engineering designers for the preparation of a preliminary project and detailed engineering design of Torggata, Kongens Gate and parts of Telemarksgata in Skien centre. The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a contract for both a preliminary project and detailed engineering design, but reserves the right to terminate the contract after completion of the preliminary project. The contract for the assignment is based on NS 8402. See the tender documentation and annexes for further information on the content of the procurement.
