Short description
The objective of the invitation to tender is to enter into a framework agreement with one provider for the purchase of consultancy services related to the development of DSS's (the Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation's) network/web system WordPress. WordPress is one of the Content Management System that DSS and the ministries use.
The framework agreement will cover DSS' and the Norwegian ministries' need for special expertise for the content management system. See the attached documents for further information.
