The Norwegian Public Roads Administration needs to procure an IT system to support control of and in the agency. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration would like to have an open dialogue with the market on what systems and possibilities can be offered, and how we can get the greatest possible effect from such IT systems. We have long experience with the use of an IT system for control (the Result Bank), and have high expectations for user friendliness, good visualisation, and reuse of data from other trade systems.
By an IT system we mean a digital information system that supports continual steering, management, and control, including digital goal and result management, based on goals and requirements from a superior authority. This IT system will hereafter be called the control system.
We are looking for a control system that can both assist in controlling and reporting where we are as regards the current control structure, and which assists with making the process of continual adjustments to the control structure more efficient.
