The Norwegian Public Roads Administration [Statens vegvesen] would like tender offers for the development and adaptation of a new system for dimensioning and analysis of road superstructures.
The goal is to develop a data system that is adapted to current needs and that can replace the form-based system in the Norwegian Public Roads Administration's road construction norms (N200).
