Karlsøy municipality will procure a new nurse signalling system for the Karlsøy nursing home in Hansnes. The procurement will be made with negotiations. The nursing home is from 2003, with an extension that was completed in 2014. The SD system in the old part of the nursing home has been out of service since April 2022, but there have been problems getting the old and new parts to communicate since the completion of the new part in 2014. Karlsøy municipality wants a completely new facility with a new patient signalling system, door locking systems and employee signalling. The completion of construction and approved trial operations are set for 28.06.2024.
