Short description
The contest concerns the preparation of a framework agreement for the purchase of expat services related to the recruitment of international researchers to strengthen the university's professional environment. The assignment will mainly take place in Trondheim, but campuses in Ålesund and Gjøvik also have the right to use the contract as needed. In any case, these two will make up a very small part of the total.
The contracting authority performs most of these services in-house, but wants to connect with a service provider who can contribute as needed.
