The Arctic University of Norway in Tromsø [Universitet i Tromsø] will purchase services for the development of three systems for the Divvum group. The procurement is divided into three lots for three different projects: a web portal, speech synthesis and grammar checking. Tenderers can choose whether to submit a tender for one or multiple lots.
