Short description
A framework agreement will be establishment for the procurement of licences and licence administration. The contract will not cover products from Microsoft, individual products used in a network, or products connected to the operation of computer centres. The contract will cover the following product areas:
- Procurement of licence administration as a service
- Procurement and hire of licences - including making procurements when necessary.
