Short description
The purpose of the procurement is to replace the existing customer management system for recruiting foster homes (ROS) with a new system.
The system must accommodate families in various stages of the process for becoming a foster home, from the initial inquiry to the family potentially being matched with a foster child, and providing system support for re-recruitment, among other things, after placement.
In addition to the customer management system, the procurement includes assistance with implementation, phasing-out of the existing system (ROS) and administration of the new customer management system, which also includes potential further development.
