Short description
The contest concerns an annual delivery of food waste bags and food waste baskets with supplementary purchases, and an annual delivery of household plastic sacks from 2024 without supplemental purchases.
During September 2023, the collection of food waste from households in all owner municipalities and from return points for holiday cottages that have been prepared for this will begin.
The value of the procurement will vary each year. Since the contracting authority does not have its own experience figures for products 1, 2 and 3 in the statement in the description of the need. Supplemental purchases are quantified based on economic and environmental considerations. It is important to avoid inappropriate stockpiling by both the company and the subscribers since durability is an important issue for biodegradable products. In order to take these considerations into account while ensuring sufficient stock, the contracting authority reserves the right to deviate by +/- 20% for supplemental purchases for items 1, 2, 3 and 4 in year 2 and possibly options 1 and 2.
