The systematic HSE work being carried out by the Norwegian Public Roads Administration is either performed by its own employees or procured through organised company health services, or as a combination of the two. The divisions have their own HMS consultants that are organised within the control units.
The company health services provider must assist the Norwegian Public Roads Administration in meeting the current requirements in the HMS legislation after such is ordered. In connection with this, the company health service must also contribute to safeguarding the agency's applicable goals, guidelines and requirements for HSE work at all times.
