Suppliers are hereby invited to a dialogue meeting on a future procurement of excursions and transport of pupils in Viken County.
Viken County welcomes suppliers to a dialogue conference in order to get input for the preparation of the tender documentation on, amongst other things, the following points:
- General experience with other public tenders that can be useful to tip us about?
- Experience/input on price models in the branch?
- Viken County has a lot of focus on the environment in the transport industry. Input as to how the contracting authority can set requirements and/or use award criteria on the environment.

The framework agreement will always cover the current need for Viken County as regards excursions and the transport of pupils. The contracting authority would like a framework agreement for the procurement of bus services for county entities, mainly sixth form colleges, folk high schools, and the 'cultural school rucksack'. The contracting authority needs minibus, bus, and coach transport. Trips will mainly be booked to and from destinations in the Akershus, Oslo, Østfold, Buskerud, and Oppland area. However there will be some bookings of trips to destinations nationwide in Norway and in Europe.
