Oslo Municipality, c/o the Agency for Urban Environment, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in a tender contest for the procurement of a concession for a Christmas market in Spikersuppa.
Oslo Municipality has rented out Rådhusplassen and Spikersuppa for several years for Christmas markets. The event has been successful, and the municipality would like to enter into a contract with a tenderer for holding a Christmas market in the period 2023 - 2027 in Spikersuppa.
