Assignment text
The assignment is for winter operations such as snow ploughing, snow/ice clearing, and gritting. The work will be settled by round sum processes in accordance with the amounts and unit prices for
other processes such as work based on a cost-plus basis according to hourly rates for personnel and equipment.
Agder County will be responsible for inspection and monitoring of the road network including emergency duty and through this will initiate calling of contractors to carry out the contract work. The builder can, if need, require that the tenderer carries out the assignments described in the contract in
chapter D1 also outside this contract, but limited to area 4203 Sirdal.
The builder can, if required, decide to use efforts in this contract from another contractor in other contracts in area 4203 Sirdal.
