Fløybyen AS c/o Arendal Eiendom KF hereby extends an invitation to a contest for
the assignment 'Commercial Estate Agency Services - Fløybyen AS'. The contract will only be awarded to tenderers that provide documentation demonstrating that they have fulfilled all of the qualification requirements.
Arendal Eiendom KF assists Fløybyen AS and Arendal Næringsselskap AS with the implementation of development projects for which the company is responsible.
Fløybyen AS is a company that is owned by Arendal Næringsselskap AS, which in turn is wholly owned by Arendal Municipality. The company will, amongst other things, run the development of business areas in Arendal Municipality, and has previously built and sold Fløybyen 14 SA, which is located at Fløyheia.
The remaining area owned by Fløybyen AS gives, in accordance with the approved development plan, possibilities for approx. 9000 m2 gross development, in addition to existing partially listed buildings on the property of approx. 1050 m2 gross. The area has been planned for combined housing and services. The housing requires a separate detailed plan.
