Short description
The Norwegian Public Roads Administration would like to enter into a framework agreement with tenderers that can offer consultation in the fields of ARK (Architecture) and LARK (Landscape architecture) for selected projects long the National Tourist Routes.
The framework agreement includes work assignments within architecture and landscape architecture for the design and interpretation of the landscape in connection with the construction of rest stops, scenic views and/or stopping points along the National Tourist Routes. The assignments for the framework agreement vary in size, from smaller assignments that include landscape adaptation and arrangements for nature experiences, to larger assignments with buildings and lookout points. The specific tasks to be included in the individual assignments will vary among the different assignments, and will be further described in the individual call-offs for the framework agreement.
Subsequent contests will be held as mini-contests or direct calls through the framework agreement.
