Short description
The Total Preparedness Commission will assess and promote proposals on how society's total resources can and ought to be arranged for the further development of public safety and preparedness, and to ensure the best possible use of preparedness resources. The commission will review both strengths and weaknesses in the current preparedness, and give clear and concrete recommendations on what ought to be prioritised in future preparedness work. The commission must account for administrative and economic consequences of its recommendations, and at least one proposal must be based on unchanged resource use.
The tenderer will assist the commission with carrying out socio-economic assessments of the effects of the commission's recommended measures.
The need for assistance is expected to be in the period from the end of Otober 2022 – 1 April 2023. The first draft of the report will be submitted on 1 March 2023, and the final report must be submitted on 1 April 2023.
