Description:
VKG Energia OÜ have flue gas desulphurization (FGD) installation in Kohtla-Järve Northern Power Station with pulse jet fabric filter provided by AMK Krakow S.A. The fabric filter’s main purpose is to collect dust of recirculating product from the flue gases passing through the FGD plant. The dust concentration in flue gas leaving FGD absorber is high due to the recirculation of the product of the sorbent used in the FGD process (please see the flue gas condition).
Experience shows the necessity of changing filters soon. All types of the filter bags suitable for the given flue gas conditions ­will be considered. Information about the bags, which are used today, is provided.

Scope of delivery:
Engineering and designing of suitable filter bags suitable for existing cages, bag plates and flue gas conditions

Supply of 870 filter bags.

Requirements:
The Bidders are asked to deliver one sample filter bag together with the Commercial Bid (delivery address Elektriku 3, 30328 Kohtla-Järve, Estonia)
Bag material specifications must be included.
The Bidders shall engineer and design filter bags suitable to the bag cages used in the VKG Energia OÜ FGD plant. The length (height) of the cages is about 8 meters, assembled together from three individual sections. The dimensional drawing of a cage is attached to the present tender document.
The Bidder shall hand over the filter bag detailed design drawings and the right to use them in the future tenderings to VKG Energia OÜ.
The Bidders shall demonstrate their experience in filter bags supply through reference (supply) list of recent years.
The Contractor shall guarantee trouble free operation of the filter bags during two years since the start of operation in the flue gas conditions, which are present at the VKG Energia OÜ power plant.

The Procurer has the right to conduct additional negotiations with the two best bidders. The Bidder who participated in the negotiations may submit an offer at the same or a lower price for the repeated stage.
The Procurer reserves the right to change the scope of work or to reject all bids if there are changes in the Procurer's production volumes or the bids exceed the Procurer's budgetary capabilities.
