Short description

This procurement applies to Pipette Robot / Dispenser, "Liquid handler for small molecules in DMSO solution". More information about this procurement will be found in the procurement documents. Invitation to tender Karolinska Institutet, hereinafter called KI, invites companies, hereinafter called Tenderers, to submit tenders concerning a dispensing robot. The contract will be used by the compound facility within CBCS (MBB) at Karolinska Institutet (KI), Solna. Unless otherwise (rule, wording or procedure) is stated in this procurement document or is stated in applicable law, previous rules for procurement below the threshold according to 19 kap LOU (2016:1145) shall apply in their version before the new Chapter 19 and Chapter 19a Act (2021:1110) gained legal force on the 1 february 2022. Tender’s period of validity The tender must be valid for six (6) months after the last day for tender. If necessary, KI may request an extension of the tender validity period, for example, if the procurement process or the contract award decision is appealed in court. Compensation KI shall reject all Tenderer’s claims for compensation for the work performed during participation in the procurement process.
