The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer that will cover the contracting authority's need for the procurement of necessary products in accordance with this framework agreement, which will give economic savings, reduce transaction costs, reduce environmental influences, increase use of eCommerce, and better rule compliance by coordinating procurements.
