ON THE PROVISION OF BOX WASHING SERVICES
In this letter,
SUPERSA OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the Company) informs that it is looking for a service provider who undertakes box washing services. To this end, the Company would consider the possibility of concluding a contract for the purchase of box washing services in the presence of acceptable bids.
In view of this, the Company invites tenders for the provision of the above-mentioned box washing service.
The Company's purchase need is specified in the appendix no. 1.
Please submit bids online at
www.mercell.lt until 13.06.2022, 10.00.
The proposal must include the following information:
• Details of the legal / natural person (name, company code, address, e-mail, telephone number);
• The price of washing one box is offered in Eur (excluding VAT);
The person submitting the commercial offer must meet the following criteria and requirements (conditions):
The person is not bankrupt, insolvent, liquidated, restructured or suspended;
The submitted offer (price) must be valid for at least 3 months from the date of submission of the offer.
A person must have all the laws of the Republic of Estonia, etc. statutory permits and certificates required for the commitment to perform box washing services.
The Company informs about the following terms of actions mentioned above in this letter:
Deadline for submitting commercial offers to the Company online: June 13, 2022, 10:00 am
Review of submitted proposals: until 15/06/2020.

A person who has submitted an offer to perform box washing services but has not fulfilled all the obligations may be removed from the following lists of candidates for the competitions organized by the Company.
By this letter, the Company also informs that this letter cannot under any circumstances be considered as the Company's ultimate intention to be bound by the bids submitted, i.e. this letter may not be considered an offer as it is understood and treated in the applicable and applicable legislation or a public tender that would in any form oblige the Company to enter into a binding contract. The Company would like to point out that this letter sets out the essential terms of the procurement of services, but the Company reserves the right to inform you that its draft box washing contract will set out other essential and important terms that would normally apply in such contracts. The Company also informs that the decision to purchase the services mentioned in this letter will be made taking into account the conditions specified in the submitted offer, the conclusion of negotiations on other relevant service conditions and current (possible) changes in the market or changes in the Company's needs.
