Eviny AS currently uses Contiki from Exari / Coupa as a Complete Tender and Contract Management solution (KGV and KAV). Exari / Coupa has notified that Contiki has "End of Life / End of Support" by the end of 2022. The Contracting Authority requests a SaaS solution for Source-to-Pay (S2P) that covers the future need in a good manner. This means that Eviny / the Contracting Authority finds it timely to initiate the a tender contest for the procurement of a new system.
The purpose of the market survey is to receive input and feedback from the market on how Eviny can carry out the tender contest to cover the need in the best possible manner. The market is thus encouraged to use this opportunity to provide constructive and quality feedback and input so that the purchasing scheme is established in an appropriate manner for both the enterprises and the suppliers.
