The main aim of this procurement is to ensure that the Contracting Authority access to the delivery and installation of cameras and periphery equipment for the Contracting Authority's Video Management System (VMS) with the accompanying network, as well as a system for 'Video Analytics' (VA), as part of the electronic security installations that the Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation (DSS) manages.
The estimated procurement value for the contract period, including options, is up to approx. NOK 90,000,000. The expected scope is very uncertain, as it is difficult to estimate new installations, service needs, and consultancy services under this contract due to uncertainty around progress and any coming projects/assignments for the new government quarter. The estimate is based on known needs for re-procurements, known coming projects and history based on the current political situation and the world view.
The contracts will be valid for three years, with an option for a contract extension for a further four years, with two years at a time (2+2), so that the contract can have a maximum duration of seven (7) years. DSS reserves the right to take up an option that deviates somewhat from two years if this is deemed to be appropriate for any later harmonisation with other contracts.
The estimate is not binding, and the limits represent call-offs throughout the entire contract period including options (3+2+2 years), not the expected turnover on the contract.
