Short description
Reform 2019 entailed a significant increase in the development assistance budget for Norad and, as a consequence, greater demands for documentation and control. This requires a more refined management environment. Following the reform, Norad has created a new strategy, reorganized the organization and has great ambitions to achieve the goals in the strategy by, among other things, implementing several important change projects. A key project is "Project Improvement". The organization is well on its way to implementing the strategy, relevant change work and in this connection needs further support for key activities. Norad therefore wishes to enter into a framework agreement within the area of organizational, cultural and competence development.
