Short description
Oslo municipality, c/o Oslobygg KF, hereafter referred to as the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for parallel framework agreements for compound independent inspections.
According to the building regulations (SAK10), chapter 14, independent inspections must be carried out in accordance with section 14-6 for the following measures in development class 1:
Damp protection of wet rooms subject to an application.
Airtightness
Also independent inspections in accordance with section 14-7 for the following measures in development classes 2 and 3:
Building physics
Construction Safety
Geotechnical Engineering
Fire safety
The framework agreement can also be used for inspection assignments that are not included in the requirements in the rules.
On this basis, Oslobygg would like to enter into framework agreements with 5-7 tenderers for these types of assignments so that the obligation for inspections is fulfilled.
