The contract work consists of engineering design services for and construction of a new E18 wity 2x3 lanes on the stretch Strand - Ramstadsletta, with the accompanying change to the local road system in the Høvik area. The main work consists of tunnel and open air installations, watertight construction pit, electro installations, and technical traffic equipment, alterations to technical infrastructure, road alterations, and completion and commissioning. The contract must be carried out with model based engineering design services.
