Short description
The tender contest concerns a framework agreement for architectural services, for Architect (Norwegian: ARK) and landscape architectural (Norwegian: LARK) services.
The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain. Previously the contracting authority has spent approx. NOK 1.5 - 2.0 million excluding VAT per annum in the last two years. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors.
Estimated annual value: NOK 1.8 million excluding VAT. The estimate is non binding for the contracting authority. The maximum value of the contract, including any options and anticipated price increase: NOK 11 million excluding VAT.
