CERN intends to place a five-year blanket purchase contract for the supply of 7, 10 or 12mm optical fibre microducts and 25, 40 or 50mm protected microducts pre-fitted with 7, 10 or 12mm optical fibre microducts. Around 130 km of microducts, and around 60 km of protected microducts (all of different configurations) are estimated to be required.
Interested firms shall have a proven experience experience in manufacturing of microducts and rigid protected microducts.
