Short description
Stjørdal municipality shall construct the new Halsen primary school. The procurement is carried out with pre-qualification for a restricted tender contest with negotiation. The project is carried out in accordance with a described partnering model in two phases; phase 1 planning and engineering design and phase 2 option for detailed engineering design and construction.
The current school buildings shall be demolished to facilitate for a new school building.
