Assignment text
The invitation to tender applies to a framework agreement for ICT equipment and user accessories. The assignment includes unpacking, assembly and moving in accordance with requirements.
The framework agreement does not include the delivery of AV equipment (Projectors, 'smart boards’ and meeting room monitors), network components, servers, software, toners/ink to the contracting authority's existing multifunction machines and mobile telephones as the contracting authority has an established contract for the delivery these products.
The invitation to tender does not include network equipment and network infrastructure. The contracting authority has ongoing agreements for these products. The purchase of the leasing or hire of used equipment is excluded from the framework agreement.
