The contract work consists of an upgrade to the submarine Flekkerøy Tunnel (2321 m) on county road 457 in Kristiansand Municipality. The work is to be carried out in order to increase the safety for road users, so that the tunnels are upgraded to be in accordance with the requirements in the tunnel safety regulations for country roads.
