Short description
Vestfold and Telemark County invites tenderers to an open tender contest for framework agreements for transport services by taxi and minibus in Vestfold.
The tender contest is open for all transporters that meet the requirements given in the tender documentation, such as taxi centrals, residential taxi licence holders and touring vehicle licence holders. The tender contest is divided into 6 lots and the County intends to enter into one or more framework agreements per lot. The transport assignments that are subject to call-offs against the framework agreements in accordance with ongoing needs, include transport of students to / from school or to / from the bus stop, who do not have a public transport service available, etc. or for medical reasons need school transport by taxi / minibus.
During the contract period, there may also be transport assignments associated with VKT [Vestfold public transport] booking, if implemented and phased into the agreement. This applies only to tenderers who have expressed an interest in their tenders.
