Sikt's existing contract(s) for the Research Network is planned to be replaced through this procurement. Sikt, as a contracting authority, now needs an overview of fibre optical infrastructure (black fibre, spectrum services, wavelengths, connections) in Norway. This RFI asks suppliers to register an interest in participating by describing infrastructure deliveries and cooperation forms that can be included in the development of our next generation research network in a 20 year perspective.
