The aim of the procurement is to establish one or more framework agreements to cover UiO's ongoing need for the delivery of office furniture.
Office furniture means furniture for office workplaces (cell offices/landscape), meeting rooms, group rooms, teaching rooms, learning centres, break rooms/kitchen (except kitchen fittings and white goods), reception public areas, museums, etc.
The framework agreement will cover everything from minor ongoing orders of one or more items of furniture to major procurements for projects such as the reuse of areas and renovation/alteration of premises.
The contract includes assembly, delivery and the return of the packaging on products bought under this contract. There may also be a need for interior design proposals from the tenderer.
