This is a Request for Proposal (hereinafter
RFP) from
SEB.
SEB - means the company, or companies, in the SEB Group in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania.
SEB is seeking to identify a Contact center solution provider that can deliver a complete contact center solution. The customer contact management platform should be common in SEB in Baltic countries - Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. It must be SaaS product hosted in EU with the possibility to be integrated with SEB banking system ensuring modern and efficient multimedia customer contact management. The platform should support the possibility of handling various types of interactions including but not limited to calls, e-mails and webchats.
