Short description
The assignment concerns transport of library materials to and from the libraries in Vestfold og Telemark and
other libraries in Norway and abroad.
The libraries loan media from each other when their borrowers want materials the libraries do not have in
their own collection. The borrowers can also self-order materials from other libraries and collect it from a library
of their own choosing. The material can be delivered to all public libraries regardless of which
library the material is borrowed from. There is an extensive loan collaboration between all types of libraries and
materials can be ordered from public libraries, school libraries, university libraries or specialised libraries.
