Short description
Vestfold and Telemark County (Norwegian: VTFK) shall enter into a new framework agreement for cards and users of the TT scheme (alternative transport for persons who are unable to use public transport due to disability or illness), data system for the operation of TT cards and the data system.
The invitation to tenders concerns an agreement for the delivery of administration services for Vestfold and Telemark County, the issuance of payment cards (TT cards), customer service, and support for the users who are included in the scheme.
The new system will be initiated and operated from 1 April 2022.
