Trumpas pirkimo aprašymas Process and mechanical design of a new natural circulation steam boiler K-4 fully equipped as per best available practice. K-4 replacement shall be based on Scope of WORKS, data defined in the documents listed in paragraph No.1.6 and Battery Limits listed in paragraph No.1.4. Boiler K-4 design shall include the design of furnace, steam and water tubes, steam drum, steam superheaters (including intermediate attemperators or desuperheaters and spray water systems, if necessary), economizer, APH (air/flue gas, air/hot water and air/MP steam (if is necessary) preheaters), flue gas ducts from APH to existing stack, all necessary dampers for operating and closing, process and utility pipelines, burners (main & pilot), steam boiler K-4 platforms, stairs, ladders and handrails, control valves, isolation and on/off valves, safety and relief valves and other auxiliary equipment. A free space and connections must be predict between new APH and existing stack for NOx SCR (for future).
