The Norwegian Police Shared Services (Norwegian: PFT) (the Contracting Authority) shall, on behalf of the Client, enter into a framework agreement for relocation services. A detailed description of the framework agreement's Lots and Clients is given in Appendix 3 "Administrative bestemmelser" ("Administrative provisions"). The objective of the framework agreement is to cover the Norwegian police's need for relocation services in a cost-effective and environmentally friendly manner.
