Udbudsbeskrivelse
Banedanmark is looking into the potential for upgrading three road-rail vehicles.

Two of the engines are Scania R 730, EVV whilst the last is a Scania DC9 64A, Euro III, 177 kW.

Banedanmark is interested in receiving input from potential suppliers of full service turn key exhaust aftertreatment systems. Please see the attached brief info-document, the text immediately bellow and answer the attached Q&A-document. Answers are to be submitted to: RoadRailCraneMD@BANE.dk

At the moment Banedanmark is working with the following requirements:

The DPF must be made of silicon carbide (SiC) – e.g.: cordierite or metal based DPF’s are not of interest.
The entire DPF-system must include active regeneration.
The DPF and SCR-cat. must meet the Euro VI emissions standard.
The SCR-cat. must either be equipped with active temperature control or include other features, which enables NOx reduction at the same exhaust temperatures as SCR-cat.’s with active temperature control.
The DPF-system must be fitted as close to the engine as possible.
The DPF-system must be designed with all possible measures (e.g. active regeneration, coated DPF, insulation etc.) in order to avoid the use of fuel borne catalysts additives in the DPF-system.
