Assignment text

Hired personnel are required for events that are held under the management of the Government's Representation Residence (RRA). The required assignments vary, and include, amongst other things: - laying tables - catering - preparations for the event - clearing up during the event and afterwards (e.g., polishing glass and cutlery, handling empties, etc.) - washing up - closing the premises (waste handling, etc.) - assistance with odd jobs such as polishing silver, washing outside furniture, ironing flags, polishing chandeliers. Examples of events are breakfast meetings, lunches, conferences, press conferences, receptions, and dinners, including i. Annual dinners for parliamentary committees, with maximum 54 guests. As a rule 3 courses. There are currently 12 committees in the Norwegian Parliament. ii. Lunches with 5-30 guests, with the minister of foreign affairs as the host. As a rule 3 courses. iii. Meetings in different formats and sizes with simple catering. From 5-80 guests.
