Short description
In relation to the procurement of an IT system for the animal stables KompMed, a draft requirement specification has been prepared that we want feedback on from the suppliers. This is thus a hearing round and not the final announcement of the contest. Therefore changes can be made based on input from the market in the hearing round.
KompMed is Norway's largest independent experimental animal activity. There is a need for an IT system to plan and document daily operation of the facilities.
In this hearing round we are particularly interested in getting the suppliers’ feedback about whether any of the absolute system requirements are not possible to fulfil. We also want to receive proposals concerning whether other requirements should be set or advice about which award criteria are most suitable for the procurement.
It is uncertain when the pending contest will be announced, so interested supplier can freely give feedback until the procurement is announced. In all cases, the contest will not be announced before 6 October 2021.
