Short description
Subject to political approval of the budget, Skien municipality requests an offer for a new wheeled excavator, with a weight of approx. 17-20 tonnes for use in the construction and maintenance operations, as well as emergency preparedness - henceforth referred to as "wheeled excavator". The expected annual use of the wheeled excavator is approx. 1000 hours. The tasks will include repairs of water and sewage pipes. See the contracting authority's description of the delivery in Appendix 2.
