Ticket control will be carried out on all bus and boat lines that Ruter is responsible for in Oslo and Akershus. The assignment is divided into four contract, where three contracts consist exclusively of bus lines and one contract includes both bus and boat lines. For an overview of which lines will be included in each contract, see Annex 1.
Ruter wants to purchase an agreed inspection scope, which will specify:
• Type of control (boarding control, civil or uniformed carriage control and closed control)
• Where it will be implemented (lines and further defined geographical zones)
• When it will be implemented (weekday and time of the day)
In total, control of approx. 3.1 million passengers will be implemented per year, distributed over four contracts.
