Short description
This is a hearing on questions that concern different food categories. Rogaland County is planning contests for different food categories in 2021 that will be for sixth from colleges in 23 municipalities that run canteens and for food subjects that are taught at the colleges. Feedback is wanted from the market on questions concerning the ordering system, price structure, ethical trade, and climate goals for the green revolution. Prices are not to be sent for the different food categories.
The hearing will concern 5 potential food procurements with possible sub-contracts, split between geographical zones and a division of some food categories. The food procurements are scheduled for autumn 2021.
