Trumpas pirkimo aprašymas CERN intends to place a contract for the provision of mobile services, including all necessary infrastructure to provide coverage to all of the CERN site on the surface and underground. The contract will also include infrastructure and network configuration to assure the service in the area around the CERN site, provisioning of SIM/e-SIM cards, voice, data and messaging services (while connected to the home network and while roaming), a dedicated Access Point Name, and associated services for network maintenance, operation and support. The contract will cover approximately 6500 active subscriptions.
Interested firms shall have a mobile telecom license and spectrum for 4G and 5G technologies and shall operate its own mobile network (Core and Radio Access Networks) in France or Switzerland. The firm must be willing to offer services with a partner or subcontractor meeting the same requirements in the other country.
