Short description
The objective of the market dialogue (RFI) is to gain an overview of the market for available solutions for ‘Dashboard for studenter’ (Dashboard for students).
Universitetet i Bergen(UiB) (Bergen University) wants to hold a competition for assistance to produce/adapt such a solution in autumn 2021, based on this RFI.

The purpose is to gain information from potential suppliers in the market about the possibilities for cooperation to develop a dashboard for students at Bergen University (UiB). UiB wants input about how the need can best be covered, whether there are finished solutions on the market from before that can be adapted to our need or if the solution will be developed from the bottom up. UiB wants the tenderer to describe proposals for solutions and highlight risk and other factors that can be considered important to the procurement of a student dashboard, whether it concerns time, cost, competence or other aspects.
UiB intends to announce a tender shortly after the answers are received from the suppliers.
At the same time, the RFI process facilitates for real competition between the suppliers, including ensuring principles of non-discrimination, predictability and competition. See 'detailed information' for further information on the RFI process.
