Short description
The competition consists of 6 different areas of responsibility, with an option for two more.
• cafeteria;
• cleaning;
• site manager;
• conference host (option);
• janitorial services;
• flowers and plant services;
• waste management;
• reception services (optional).
It is not possible to deliver on individual areas of responsibility. The client has considered splitting the procurement, but has come to the conclusion that it wants to leave overall responsibility for facility management services.
